- English description: Violent offenders many times get away with a suspended punishment in Germany, especially when they have muslim immigration background - if their misdeeds come to law court at all. Judges declare this ruling was good for their future integration into western society. But in truth, this is a bad signal for their inclination to violence as they will continue to commit these wrongdoings. There are many indications that attacks, molestations and robberies against passengers or function personnel in subways, subway stations or buses are nearly excusively perpetrated by young men with oriental ethnic roots (mostly turks) in biggest German cities.
